This program is your frame work for integrating a holistic approach to wellness by creating Space to Breathe, Adapt & Recover! We adapt to stress. If it doesn't challenge you it probably won't change you. When you can target that stress the more specific your body will respond. Random training & "workouts of the day" produce random results. Our goal is to create Specific Adaptations to Imposed Demands (the S.A.I.D. Principle).
