Hi! I’m Laura-Lynn, a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) certified personal trainer, an ACE group fitness instructor and a Les Mills International Presenter.
I strongly adopt the philosophy that the fitness journey becomes consistent and motivating when there is a sense of connection, community and fun. I strive to bring these three elements to every client I train!
I strive to combine challenge and fun with each program I create. From strengthening to toning to high intense intervals and circuits, each workout is designed to leave you pushing your limits and burning extra calories even after your workout is complete.
Instilling a fitness regime into your life delivers a multitude of benefits! The most popular of these benefits include improved health, less risk for many diseases and better mobility. Studies have also attributed fitness to better sleep patterns, a clearer state of mind, reduced stress, better aging and longevity, happiness and the list goes on!
We all feel the daily pressures and demands of society and all experience the hurdles life consistently throws in our path! Falling off track with your fitness routine is common.
