I’m a Level 3 Personal Trainer with a passion for helping women feel stronger, more confident, and empowered through fitness.

I specialize in women’s health and weight loss, designing online and in person tailored programmes that fit around real lives—whether you’re just getting started or ready to push your limits.

Before stepping into the world of personal training, I was a competitive dancer in my younger days and have been a qualified dance teacher for years.
This background gives me a unique edge in understanding movement, coordination, and the mindset of performance—perfect for those looking to improve their sports performance, agility, and body awareness alongside their strength and endurance.

I believe fitness is about so much more than aesthetics—it’s about how you feel. And nothing drives me more than helping others feel amazing in their own skin.
Whether it’s through high-energy HIIT, strength-based circuits, or coaching you to your next running milestone, I’ve got you.
I’ve completed two full marathons and countless half-marathons—but 5Ks are my true favorite: fast, fun, and always a challenge!
