This program will offer you FIVE workouts each week, ranging in length from 20-45 minutes. A general outline from the program will target lower body twice per week, upper body twice per week and one functional training full body day. You will be able to get by on this program with one set up lighter weights for upper body and one set of medium/heavy weights for lower body. The more variety you have the better but not a must.
