Welcome to the Showtime Fitness 8 Week Weight Loss Challenge! They say money is a master motivator, so no "Ra-Ra" speech needed here. This is your chance to get fit and have a chance to win some serious cash in the process! In this challenge, participants will compete to see who can lose the most weight, and to make things fair, we are basing it off of "weight loss percentage." What does that mean? I'm glad you asked! Weight loss percentage is simply the percentage of your starting weight that you have lose. The formula to calculate your weight loss percentage is: pounds lost divided by starting weight. Then, multiply the result by 100. Each week, prizes will be awarded to the top performer (official prizes will be confirmed upon registration closing). My hope is that each participant can use this opportunity as extra motivation to excel in their fitness journey! RULES/INSTRUCTIONS -After registration closes, participants will receive a message explaining how to go about submitting their official and initial weigh-in. - On Saturday of each week, participants will be asked to submit an official weigh in. The participant with the highest weight lost percentage total for the week will be awarded the prize for that week. - Each week, We will use your LOWEST RECORDED WEIGHT to date as your starting weight for the week in order to determine your weight loss percentage. - Participants who do not submit their weigh-in numbers by the deadline, agree to forfeit their participation in the challenge. Any rewards earned by that participant will also be forfeited. - The Grand Prize of will be given to the top overall finisher over the 8 week period. - Official weigh in must be done in person or submitted via VIDEO ONLY on the same day, no later then 3:00 PM on Saturday afternoons. Anything submitted after the deadline WILL NOT be accepted. WEIGHT LOSS PERCENTAGE EXPLAINED John starts off at 200lbs John finishes the week at 195lbs. John has lost 5lbs. 5lbs is 2.5% of 200lbs 2.5% is John's "Weight Loss Percentage" for the week. The following week, John's starting weight will be 195lbs. YOU ARE NOT ON YOUR OWN To even the playing field, the following will be provided for all contestants Meal guidelines and tips to help you understand what type of foods to eat, and how much Workout recommendations for cardiovascular exercise. 2 "Cardio Blast" workout challenges per week that can be done with minimal equipment. These challenges will be delivered weekly and will give you the opportunity to burn calories in a challenging, but fun way! All proof photos (workouts, steps, etc.) must be posted in the group chat to count toward your score. ***Important Rules*** Daily Deadline: All pictures/videos must be submitted by 11:59 PM CST on the same day to count. No Rollovers: Points are only awarded for the day theyβre completed and submitted. No Excuses. No Exceptions. If proof is not submitted by the deadline, those points are lost. This is a hybrid training program consisting of both in person and online training & nutrition. With this package, you will receive one scheduled 30-minute training session per week in addition to a full gym membership and follow along program for you to do to supplement your in personal training.
Train in a motivating small-group environment with personalized coaching and accountability. Semi-Private Personal Training sessions are limited to 3 participants per session, allowing you to receive individualized instruction while benefiting from the energy and support of a small group.
