Hey, I'm Glenn - a chef, Taekwondo black belt, husband, proud dad of two boys, and lifelong student of fitness and longevity from small town Alberta.
Like a lot of busy dads, I spent years balancing work, family, stress, exhaustion, and trying to stay healthy without living in the gym.
I got into fitness the old-school way - Muscle & Fitness magazines, trial and error, early mornings, hard lessons, and learning what actually works in real life.
After watching both of my parents struggle with illness and declining health, I made the decision to take control of my own health, strength and longevity - not just for myself, but for my family.
Today, I help busy dads 40+ train smarter, eat real food, lose the "dad bod", and build strength without restrictive diets or spending hours training.
My approach combines:
