Hey, I'm Glenn - a chef, Taekwondo black belt, proud dad of two boys, 80s hair metal fan, and lifelong fitness learner from a small town in Alberta.
I got into fitness the old-school way-reading Muscle & Fitness and FLEX magazines, experimenting through trial and error, and learning what works (and what doesn't) for real-life busy dads like me. After seeing both parents suffer with illness, I made a commitment to take control of my own health-so I could be strong for my family and help other dads do the same.
Today, I combine my background in martial arts, my experience as a professional cook, and decades of self-taught fitness knowledge to help men over 40 lose the "dad bod" without restrictive diets or long exhausting workouts.
