She has over 20 years of experience in the fitness space and is holds certifications in Strength Training, Pre-Script, Pilates comprehensive through BASI Pilates (Body Arts and Science International), BASI Pathologies and Injuries, Functional Range and Conditioning FRC, Functional Range and Conditioning KINSTRETCH, and TRX.
