About Kayla

Hey-o! My name is Kayla Kassis, I am 19 years old, and I am an Elite CPT working out of Self Made Training Facility HQ in Temecula, CA. My passion for training began with sports and working out on my own out of a commercial gym, and I went from having little-to-no fitness direction to now mastering my body and my nutrition. Now, I spend my days teaching people how important it is to invest in their health, realize how powerful they truly are, and reach their fitness goals.
