    Two 50 minute in person sessions per week plus full access to the Sea 2 Sky Fitness App. If you've got goals to reach, this is for you! This program hits all the bases to keep you on track with the workouts, nutrition, and habit plan that we set up together for you. Workouts will be programmed in the app and depending on what our plan is will be done with your coach (me!) in the studio, or can also be completed on your own whether that be at home, at the gym, away from home- this will be different for everyone depending on the plan we make for you! Nutrition coaching is also included here. If you are someone who would like to track food intake, this is included in the app as well as hundreds of healthy follow along recipes if you need some ideas. There are also options that don't include tracking! We can set up daily habits for you to check off and keep you on track as well. All stats can be tracked in the app as well, you can even connect your smart watch and keep track of your steps and sleep! We'll keep in touch as often as you need, your coach (me!) will always be available to answer questions and keep you accountable through in app messaging. This really is the whole meal deal! Sessions are 50mins two times per week. Sessions expire 8 weeks after purchase so make sure to book in! If you need to cancel a session, please do so 24 hours or more before the session time. I understand that life does happen, so you will have a 2 session grace period. After that, sessions cancelled less than 24 hours in advanced cannot be rebooked! No refunds

    Welcome to the Summit Strong program!! PLEASE READ THIS SECTION THOROUGHLY You’re here because you are ready to put in the effort, get results, and get out in this world and crush some adventures. Or maybe you’re just ready to start feeling GOOD in your body. To have enough energy throughout the day, play with your kids, carry all the groceries in one go, lift the box on your own without fearing injury. I’m so stoked you are here and I’m proud of you for taking the first step in your journey- it’s the hardest one! Just know that you CAN do this, and it won’t be perfect. It’ll be messy sometimes and it can get ugly, but if you just keep going- you ARE going to reach your goals! I want to lay everything out here so that you know exactly what you are getting and not getting in this program. Of course, if I miss anything please reach out! I want you to know what you are signing up for- no secrets ;) Ok so what’s this “App” you speak of? The Sea 2 Sky Fitness App is your one stop shop to find your workouts, track your stats, track your nutrition, check off healthy habits, find TONS of healthy recipes, and chat with your fellow Summit Strong members throughout the program. Please note that the Summit Strong program does not include 1:1 or specific coaching, if this is something you are looking for, please reach out, my 1:1 coaching is probably going to be the best fit for you! What do the workouts look like? You will have 3-4 workouts per week. Workouts will all be scheduled on specific days, but can easily be moved to whatever day works best in your schedule! They can be done anytime and anywhere- gym or no gym. Every single exercise has a form video as well as a description, being a beginner is not only welcome, but encouraged here! What’s required for the workouts? Dumbbells- a heavier set for legs and a lighter set for arms is recommended, but also, use what you have. We can get creative here! A mini band and long band are also recommended- these can be found pretty cheap on amazon. Sliders are used as well, but these are easily substituted with small towels on a slippery floor. I’ve even just took off my socks and used those! What about cardio? Because everyone is at such a different stage in their cardio- this will be partly up to you. I will have cardio to be checked off daily, and that will include a 20min walk OR 8000 steps. If you are a runner- this can be running instead. If you are wanting to start running, let me know and I will send you my free beginner running calendar. What sort of nutrition is included? There will be no specific nutrition coaching in this program- if this is something you are interested in, 1:1 coaching may be a better fit for you!     Not sure if this program is for you yet? No worries! Try out the Summit Strong program for FREE for 7 days before deciding if this program is for you ;) As you near the end of your trial, you will get instructions on how to purchase the program and continue on with us. The program is $45 per month for a minimum of 3 months. IMPORTANT: If you wish to continue, you'll want to sign up BEFORE the week ends, the program starts on MONDAY, so if you sign up on Monday, it will start the week after!! The trial week also starts on Monday, so no matter which day of the week you sign up, it will start the following Monday.
