Hi There! My name is Monique and I LOVE to
empower women to gain confidence and
overcome their fears! Whether that fear is going
to the gym, eating carbs or taking pictures with
loved ones, I teach women how to break those
barriers in order to feel sexy and beautiful in their
own skin!

I am an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and Health
Coach. I obtained my Bachelor of Science in
Health Science degree from Cleveland State
University in 2017 and my Master of Science in
Nutrition degree from Nova Southeastern
University in 2022.

I am also a Figure Competitor in the National
Physique Committee (NPC). I have won two
overall shows, placed first place at four shows and
placed top 10 at nationals. I am looking to turn pro
by 2023!
