This 6 Week program is for intermediate and beginners this program is also includes habit training as well as a macro plan.
Online Training program with virtual check ins weekly.
Program Design with macros and client check ins.
Hybrid training Program that includes 4 total workouts a week 2 in person training sessions and 2 custom workouts. Monthly in person body stat testing included.
Every 4 weeks you will get 8 session credits for Training Session (expire after 1 month)
Purpose
To provide other with the information that we have obtained through years of experience, helping others reach their goals that they set for themselves.To help not only sustain fitness and health but also building self confidence through setting goals and accomplishing them.As a youth Rashod didn’t have many people to look to for guidance and to push him to be a better athlete, citizen, and person, through sports he met people who held those qualities and expected him to hold himself to an higher standard.The importance that these people played in his life was what motivated him to great things so that he could be in the position to help out young kids, and adults that were similar to him. Through sport and fitness they created relationships, built his confidence and mentally prepared him for the world before him. Ultimately showing the connection between the mind and body. This ranges from Field/footwork, film analysis, strength and conditioning, plyometrics,hand eye coordination,reaction time, and physical therapy.
