CJ’s straight forward, no bull shit approach to life helps him and his clients exceed fitness goals. In 2007, CJ decided to make fitness his full-time profession, and we don’t mean sharing booty pics on Instagram... we mean, full-on/deep dive into the science and practical application of fitness.

After going to school to become a personal trainer he saw the need for a more dynamic program, one that merged science and practicality. So in 2013, CJ founded FTA, The Fitness Trainer Academy where he taught hundreds of students that would go on to impact thousands more.

By combining the knowledge gained from his own competitive experience and the decade-plus of successfully coaching bodybuilding, physique, transformation and strength athletes, CJ is able to design and implement highly effective training and programming for all of his clients.
