Written workouts to be completed at home or the gym 2 times a week with 3 cardio sessions to be completed weekley. All workouts will be scheduled in the calendar. Check ins will be bi-weekly.
Workouts to be completed 2 times a week via skype or FaceTime with me. 45 min to 1 hour time frame. To be framed around clients goals.
