12 weeks- hybrid programme building from the basic into more functional moves working towards competition fitness. working on a combination of stamina and strength.
Every 4 weeks you will get 12 session credits for online 1-1 (expire after 12 weeks)
we work together and build a programme around your lifestyle, no dramatic changes, just small introductions to your weekly schedule. We work together to figure out what works for you and what doesn't.
I am ex performer, full time fitness trainer working in person teaching group classes as well as offering online 1:1 services. I have always been into fitness and love to push my self running marathons and competing in hyrax competitions. I am here to help you become confident and build healthy lifestyle habits with out compromising any thing.
