About Me
My passion for sports and exercise has led me to a career as a professional hockey player alongside my work in the fitness and nutrition industry. I am currently playing professionally in the EIHL while looking to help athletes reach their potential. I am a REPS Level 3 Personal Trainer and have completed the Level 1 Precision Nutrition Certification. I have 7 years of coaching experience and have spent the last three years training youth athletes in the gym with great results.
