Hi, this is your coach Saif Al-Yasi. I am 44 years old, born in Baghdad – Iraq, raised in the UK, currently living in the United Arab Emirates. Based on my medical background in biology and bio technology, Master’s degree in business and administration, Masters degree in bodybuilding and nutrition.( IFBB, YMCA degrees). With more than 10 years of experience in fitness and personal training, knowing that I have been also transforming myself and my body, you can rely on me.
I am here to help you reach your goals by putting all my experience and knowledge that I have together with my ongoing research and constant seek for knowledge in this field. You can join me through either online coaching or one-on-one, if you are in town [Dubai].
