This is a comprehensive DNA test that provides the best insights for macronutrients, workout styles, vitamin deficiency tendencies, gluten and sweets tendencies, and more! Once payment is received, I will place the order with the lab, and a DNA test kit will be shipped directly to your physical address. You'll then complete the cheek swab as instructed, return it using the provided mailing materials, and expect your results within approximately 3–4 weeks. Your privacy is a top priority—your information and results will remain strictly confidential and handled securely by the lab. A training plan designed for beginners. This will be a mix of walk/runs, bodyweight exercises and yoga (combined with a custom nutrition plan). Points are earned for completing the daily workout/cardio sesssion, and meeting your nutrition goals. It's a friendly contest, where you can watch yourself compete with others in the group! It would be best to find a 5k at the end of February/Beginning of March to sign up for! If you're near the Sacramento area, let me know and we can join a group to run together! **So grab your fleece-lined pants and ear muffs...let's start January off on the right foot!
