    A training plan designed for beginners. This will be a mix of walk/runs, bodyweight exercises and yoga (combined with a custom nutrition plan). Points are earned for completing the daily workout/cardio sesssion, and meeting your nutrition goals. It's a friendly contest, where you can watch yourself compete with others in the group! It would be best to find a 5k at the end of February/Beginning of March to sign up for!
