Hi! I'm Erin and I'm passionate about health, nutrition, and living a whole life. My health journey began as I was completing my Master's in Public Health. I was captivated by my classes in food systems and environmental health - and ever since then I've been telling anyone who will listen about healthy food and living an active life! My approach is different than most trainers - I focus more on exercising in the kitchen and help clients achieve their goals by addressing the 4 S's (sleep, sugar, saturated fats, and stress).
