About Ryan

My name is Ryan and I own R&N Gym in North Pole, AK. I served in the military long enough to get medically retired, which is when I start this new journey I'm on now. I have a beautiful wife and 3 handsome boys who give me the reason to get up every morning and do what I do.

I'm a certified personal trainer and nutritional specialist, and I also train competitors for NPC competitions. I myself compete and am nationally qualified in Men's Physique and compete in Men's Classic Physique.

My goal for my gym and online coaching is to help people who are truly ready to make the change in their way of life and begin a healthier way of living by workout and eating.
