This is a 2 week band and body weight program that you can do absolutely anywhere. I have created it for the women who wants to continue with her health and fitness despite having access to no equipment! All you need to do is remember to pack a set of resistance bands and then be creative with your surroundings! I have added suggestions for exercise substitutions in the event that you do have access to a gym. Each week contains the following workouts which are prefixed | HOLIDAY | so they are easily identifiable in your schedule: 3 x 20 Minute Full body strength 3 x 5 Minute HIT Finishers (scheduled for the end of your FB sessions) 2 x 15 Minute Cardio Circuits You also have a seperate warm up / stretch routine for your convenience. You can choose to complete all of the assigned workouts or drop the ones that you don't want to do. For example, if you want to complete 3 sessions in a week, simply delete the unnecessary sessions from your calendar. Welcome to Rise Coaching and my training trial, I'm very excited to have you here. The idea of this trial is to give you an opportunity to try out my app, experience how online training could work for you and give a little taster of what it would be like to work with me. This is a 7 day training program however you'll have access to it for 2 weeks and you can move the sessions around within the calendar to suit your schedule. The workouts are a combination of strength and cardio sessions and contain suggestions for exercise substitutions to enable you to can easily adapt them for home use. You will require dumbbells and resistance bands to do the workouts at home. This is a general program suitable for all fitness levels and can be done at home or at the gym.
