About Katie

Hi I'm Katie, a Personal Trainer and Accredited Sports Nutritionist.

I'm also a mum to a toddler and 2 teenagers, so I fully understand busy women who are juggling commitments while trying to accomplish their health and fitness goals.

I love making exercise and nutrition simple and achievable for busy women who are looking to lose weight and tone up you can feel amazing and confident.

I also love working with athletes and sports women to ensure their nutrition supports their training and performance.

My method focuses on keeping exercise and nutrition simple but effective. I don't believe in restriction and my focus is firmly on consistency not perfection.
