This is where it all starts! Without assessing we are guessing so reagrdless of your background all new Resurgence Clients start here! In this 90 minute appointment we will: - establish clear goals and markers for progress - get a baseline for your mobility and stability at key joints like the hip, ankle and shoulder - relate your current control and access to movement to your current challenges - identify 2-3 opportunities for improvement - layout a pathway to progress! All assessments include an extensive follow up with video analysis and recommendations for next steps regardless of whether you choose to continue your Resurgence with me or alone.

If you are not ready or able to commit to long term training but would like to get started on the road to better movement then this is the package for you. All Resurgence Training clients start with an in depth 90 minute assessment where we set goals, discuss the journey your body has taken to date and then learn about your current capacities vs your needs, focusing on each joint as an individual and as part the whole. Regardless of whether you want to add weight to your deadlift or reach behind you without pain, the goal is to move optimally and efficiently and most importantly without pain! Taking the findings from the assessment session, I develop a personalised program designed to improve your body's balance and control, opening up new ranges of motion and reducing stiffness and pain in movement. Each of the 4 coaching sessions is designed to transfer the knowledge and skills to follow along with the daily 15-20 minute corrective exercises, with the goal of setting you up to successfully work independently on the programming for 4-6 weeks. 6 x 60 minute table based stretch session coupled with movement repatterning Perfect for repatterning and improving stubborn areas as well as getting a good reset for the whole body, Fascial Stretch has been likened to breaking in a new pair of jeans - except I do all the hard work while you chill! With this package we will target the hips and shoulders 1-2x weekly, with 20-30 minutes of table based stretching followed by specific movement repatterning to ensure the changes stick long term.
