Having been in fitness industry since 2005, I’ve experienced lots of different trends from working in numerous health clubs as a gym instructor, senior gym instructor before becoming a freelance Personal Trainer/Sports Massage Therapist, Gym Manager.

Within this time, I’ve specialised in helping clients return back to health from sport and work related injuries. With the continuous changes in Fitness and Rehabilitation industries, my training philosophy has always been evolving to find the most effective training systems to offer clients.
