If you don't have time, no problem, the important thing is to 𝗴𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗶𝘁 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗰𝗶𝗿𝗰𝘂𝗶𝘁. Also, if you want, you can do the hypertrophy circuit on another day. So you can turn a program of 3 weekly sessions into a program of 6 sessions. It is totally optional. You could even do them on a different day. On the other hand, the good thing about this program is that you can repeat the 10-week blocks as many times as you want since you will work on a little bit of everything. You will only need small variations and you will have a program for months. If there comes a time when you want to focus on a particular goal, you could also tweak it for that purpose.
