These are the exact workouts I’ll be doing during the quarantine! Workouts will be posted through an app that you will have access to - with videos and directions for each workout and all exercises. Weekly workouts include 2 workouts per week that you will alternate for the week, so 6 days of workouts! The only equipment you will need is a band, but if you don’t have one, I can offer body weight alternatives to those exercises. The workouts will change every 7 days, and I will continue to offer different workout routines depending on the equipment you guys have available. I’ll also be offering ongoing support to those enrolled, and you'll also have the support of this community!
