Hi, I’m Raneem Hanbali—a certified fitness and nutrition expert with a passion for empowering individuals to achieve their best selves. Since 2020, I’ve been coaching clients in strength training, helping them unlock their potential and achieve lasting results.

One of my proudest accomplishments was summiting Mount Kilimanjaro, a challenge that taught me the value of perseverance and preparation qualities I incorporate into every training session.

With a master’s degree in bioengineering specializing in biomechanics, I combine science-backed strategies with personalized coaching. I hold an accredited certification from the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) and a specialized certification in Sport Nutrition from the International Fitness Alliance (IFA). These qualifications ensure that my programs address both your fitness and nutritional needs.
