Tiffany graduated from Calvin College with a degree in Exercise Science and was also a member of the women’s basketball team.
She is certified through NASM as a Certified Personal Trainer and is also a Level 1 Functional Movement Screening Specialist.
Tiffany enjoys building relationships with individuals of all ages and fitness levels.
Her main goal as a trainer is to help others achieve the best version of themselves physically and mentally.
