About Fenix

I'm Fenix, a queer, non-binary, transmasc, certified Personal Trainer. I'm 36, came out as NB 1,5 years ago, and went through top surgery shortly after that. While that sounds like a quick turnaround, this has been a process 23 years in the making.

Training has been my tool to navigate feelings around my body, and feeling strong and resilient and being able to do things I did not think possible is an awesome feeling that I want more people to experience.

Throughout my long relationship with training I've done hundreds of mistakes, and failed more times than I'd like to admit. But along the way I learned how to create long-lasting healthy habits, how to work with consistency and what the hell to do when motivation isn't there.

This, in combination with an evidence-based EREPS license for Personal Training, makes for a kinda cool, kinda weird, kinda thoughtful person who likes to motivate people and share knowledge.
