I Went to Moyle Park college in Dublin where in my final year i recieved the award of sports person of the year. I have played GAA football at senior level and also county level in minor and u21 . I was S&C coach for GAA teams at senior level. I have worked in gyms for the past 16 years as a manager /personal trainer / gym instructor. This year I established the Well4U program which now has over 50 members and growing. My Journey in life is to work with people who struggle with living healthy and want direction an advice on whats the best way to achieve their goals.
