I am an experienced and licensed nutritionist specializing in empowering women to reclaim their health by cutting through misinformation and ditching the diet culture mentality of "smaller means more beautiful and acceptable to society". I have a master’s degree in nutrition and am degreed in exercise science as well as a certified personal trainer. With over 20 years of experience in the field, I combine the best of both nutrition and exercise sciences to best help clients reach their potential. As a seasoned owner at Provision Nutrition & Wellness, I love to help clients achieve their fitness goals. Outside of the gym, I am passionate about hiking, camping and exploring new places.
