About Ryan

My name is Ryan Granda and I’m the Fitness Coach at Powered Vitality. My love of fitness started when I was 17 years old. This passion for fitness led me to get my NASM CPT, and then go on to specialize in Bodybuilding and Weight Loss. For the past 8 years, I’ve worked with clients across the US to help them achieve their Bodybuilding, Weight Loss, Muscle Building, Toning and Conditioning, Endurance Training, Functional Fitness, Nutrition Coaching, Exercise Plans, Nutrition Plans, Positive Habit Creating goals.
