They will understand how they move, why it matters, and how to keep improving. Wednesday sessions at the track build and test speed in the environment where it matters most. Saturday sessions at PhysioFit build the mechanics, power, and body awareness that make the track work stick. The two locations are not interchangeable — they are designed to complement each other week by week.

Take your game to the next level with elite team training designed specifically for Lake Norman Giants football players. Our Sports Performance Classes focus on building stronger, faster, and more explosive athletes through position-specific drills, speed and agility training, strength development, conditioning, and injury prevention techniques. Players will train in a competitive, high-energy environment that emphasizes discipline, teamwork, leadership, and mental toughness both on and off the field. Each session is structured to improve football performance by enhancing acceleration, footwork, balance, reaction time, power, and overall athleticism. Whether preparing for the upcoming season or staying sharp in the offseason, these classes help athletes gain the confidence and physical edge needed to dominate on the field. My passion for helping athletes move better, get stronger, and perform at their highest level has shaped my entire career. I earned my undergraduate degree from Elon University before going on to receive my Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in 2011.
I began working as a personal trainer in 2007, and since then I’ve had the privilege of training professional, collegiate, and high school athletes. My background in physical therapy allows me to bridge the gap between rehabilitation and high-level performance — helping athletes not only recover from injuries, but build strength, speed, and resilience to stay ahead of them.
I am passionate about developing well-rounded athletes through smart strength training, speed development, movement mechanics, and injury prevention. My approach combines the science of physical therapy with the intensity and accountability of performance training, creating a system that builds confidence, durability, and long-term success.
Whether working with young athletes building their foundation or experienced competitors chasing the next level, my goal is always the same: help you move better, perform stronger, and reach your full potential.
