About Haydee

Hello all! I'm Haydee and I know the struggle of finding time to workout and eat right. As a busy mom I know how infuriating it is when it appears that no matter what you do - there just never seems to be enough time in the day. I’ve been there.

But, for the last 6 years, I have been able to find the time to get those workouts in and eat right. I’m the ACE certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Nutrition Specialist that’s here to show you that through online fitness and nutrition programs you can find the time and eat right too.

Or maybe you have kids and they are looking to be more active or take their sports training to the next level. I can help with that too! I am a certified youth exercise specialist and have experience training young athletes.
