The Base model includes a 10-year vetted workout program designed to guide you through various modalities (fitness styles), benefiting from the advantages of Calethsenics, Power Lifting, Performance Training, Body Building, and Basic Hypertrophy - while avoiding the challenges each modality can present.

Online Personal Training is similar to the Custom Fitness program but adds 2 sessions per month where your Personal Trainer will meet you in the Discord Training Channel and guide you through your workout. This is comparable to In-Person-Personal Training.
