There was so much support and kindness in my first class of BodyPump. 😃👍 I did research and found out that BodyPump can increase bone density by 30% .
My 98 lb Mom has severe double scoliosis which reminds me of the importance to workout regardless of age.💙
Coupled with a healthy fear; Parkway Members’ dedication enticed me to become an instructor.
