Program Terms, Commitment & Liability Release By enrolling in this hybrid training program, you agree to a six-month coaching commitment that includes both customized online programming and three in-person training sessions per month at Absolute Recomp in Fort Worth, TX. Payments are charged automatically to the card on file every 30 days, beginning on the date of your initial signup. Your six-month agreement begins on that date and runs consecutively, regardless of missed sessions, vacations, or scheduling issues. In-person sessions must be scheduled within seven days of your draft date each month. Unused sessions do not roll over, and cannot be banked, credited, or transferred to future months under any circumstances. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable, without exception. Your registration confirms your understanding and acceptance of these terms. By participating in this program, you voluntarily assume all risks related to physical activity and exercise, both online and in-person. You agree to release and hold harmless your coach (Jessica Reimer) from any and all claims, injuries, damages, or legal liability arising from your participation. You are responsible for informing the coach of any medical conditions or limitations prior to beginning training. This policy ensures fairness for all clients and protects the structure and integrity of the program.

This is for your full meal plan tailored to your macros, meal plan changes are done each Thursday only.
12 week mock prep challenge Mock Prep Challenge Official Details You asked what prep really feels like. Here’s the structure. This is a 12-week mock competition prep phase designed to teach you discipline, structure, and what your body is actually capable of, without stepping on stage. Start Date: March 1 End Date: May 31 Enrollment closes: February 28 (or when spots are filled) This is not a generic challenge. It is a coached phase. What you get: • Individualized training program • Structured nutrition plan • Weekly check-ins with adjustments • Posing guidance (optional but encouraged) • Accountability inside a focused group of women doing the same phase • Education on what true prep requires physically and mentally Investment: $149/month for 3 months and you must complete all 3 months. If you wish to cancel before the final payment is made, your card on file will run for the remainder of the payments.
