Program Terms, Commitment & Liability Release By enrolling in this hybrid training program, you agree to a six-month coaching commitment that includes both customized online programming and three in-person training sessions per month at Absolute Recomp in Fort Worth, TX. Payments are charged automatically to the card on file every 30 days, beginning on the date of your initial signup. Your six-month agreement begins on that date and runs consecutively, regardless of missed sessions, vacations, or scheduling issues. In-person sessions must be scheduled within seven days of your draft date each month. Unused sessions do not roll over, and cannot be banked, credited, or transferred to future months under any circumstances. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable, without exception. Your registration confirms your understanding and acceptance of these terms. By participating in this program, you voluntarily assume all risks related to physical activity and exercise, both online and in-person. You agree to release and hold harmless your coach (Jessica Reimer) from any and all claims, injuries, damages, or legal liability arising from your participation. You are responsible for informing the coach of any medical conditions or limitations prior to beginning training. This policy ensures fairness for all clients and protects the structure and integrity of the program.
