This is a 12-week mock competition prep phase designed to teach you discipline, structure, and what your body is actually capable of, without stepping on stage. Start Date: March 1 End Date: May 31 Enrollment closes: February 28 (or when spots are filled) This is not a generic challenge. It is a coached phase. What you get: • Individualized training program • Structured nutrition plan • Weekly check-ins with adjustments • Posing guidance (optional but encouraged) • Accountability inside a focused group of women doing the same phase • Education on what true prep requires physically and mentally Investment: $149/month for 3 months and you must complete all 3 months. If you wish to cancel before the final payment is made, your card on file will run for the remainder of the payments.
