This workout is ideal for you if: * You want to take the guess work out of exercising with new and progressive workouts every 4 weeks along with the guidance you need to support your goals. * You have been exercising reasonably regularly doing resistance training with your body weight and/or weight/resistance training equipment for between 8 and 9 months. * You have also been doing moderate to high intensity cardio training 2 to 4 times per week. * You have a sufficient level of strength that will allow you to perform foundation exercises such as pushups and squats with good technique. * You have no significant injuries from the above exercise or any prior exercise. * You have no significant physically limiting factors such as issues with major joints like your neck & spine, lower back, hips, knees, shoulders, or elbows. * You have no significant physically limiting health conditions such as obesity, diabetes, high or low blood pressure, cancer, or any other condition where it could be deemed risky to exercise without direct supervision. * You have a good assortment of home exercise equipment and will be exercising at home or an outdoor area such as a park. * You are willing and able to adapt common household items to use as tools to perform some of the exercises. * Although it’s not essential, you may be able to obtain more basic exercise equipment such as heavier dumbbells or resistance bands over the next three months and would be willing to do so. TERMS & CONDITIONS The following conditions are designed to ensure fairness in all aspects of business transactions. Payments for products and services purchased online from Optimum Fitness Concepts can be processed in a few different ways. • All prices advertised, listed, or quoted are in Australian dollars (AUD) and INCLUDE GST AT 10% • All product packages must be paid for in advance either by EFT (i.e. Internet banking transfer), a recurring auto debit arrangement, or through the Trainerize.me payment portal. • For recurring auto debits, you will be debited the advertised amount for your coaching or virtual personal training at the amounts and intervals that are specified by the product you have purchased. Specific payment amounts and intervals are specified on the purchase page for each product or service. You authorise Neal Elliott / Optimum Fitness Concepts (or any other entity nominated by us) to bill you on the basis outlined above when you purchase one of our products. • You (the client) agree to pay the full advertised amount for any product or service you are purchasing. (For example, this 12 Week Home Training Whole Body Giant Sets Program etc.) • In order to ensure a sufficient amount of time to see reasonable results, every training program package starts with a “Minimum Initial Commitment Term” of 8 weeks. After that it’s possible to purchase individual workouts in 4 week allotments. • There are no refunds for unused, forfeited, or expired packages of services or products. PLEASE NOTE: When you purchase a program for the first time, by default it will commence on the following Monday. This is to allow enough time for you to fill out and return the “Exercise Safety & Goal Setting Questionnaire” and “Online Terms of Service” forms which will be emailed to you just after purchase. It will also give you time to have a play with and familiarise yourself with the training app and give your trainer time to contact you if anything in your Exercise Safety & Goal Setting Questionnaire needs to be discussed in more detail. If there are no problems with your questionnaire and you want to get stuck straight into it, you can request to have your program start on the day following purchase. Easy!
