This plan is for those looking to improve their basic fitness level and gain their health and confidence back. This will include up to 5 days per week of personalized lifting workouts, along with a cardiovascular health protocol. There will also be a major focus on lifestyle and habits such as water intake, quality of food, and sleep habits. Does not include macros, powerlifting protocols, or meet day coaching.
Weekly Programming designed as extra work to be completed outside of regular CrossFit Classes.
This program is designed for a client who is currently attending CrossFit classes at their regular gym. The Olympic Lifting Extra will specifically focus on improving the Snatch and Clean and Jerk for 1-2 days per week, in addition to the regular classes the client already attends. Athletes will need to be transparent about what their CrossFit Class programming looks like each week with the coach, and will need to send form check videos for every day programmed. Does not include nutrition counselling, macros, or in-person sessions.
