About Alex

Hi! My name is Dr. Alex Wetmore. Like many, my passion for training started when I was trying to make myself a better athlete. I ended up earning a scholarship to play football in college and I decided that the best way to improve myself in the offseason was to study training. Long story short, this lead to me eventually earning my Ph.D. in Sport Physiology. Now, I use my knowledge of performance to help my clients achieve their goals. If I had to summarize my training philosophy in several words, it would be 'Client centered and evidence based'.

Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to work at the high school, collegiate, professional and olympic levels. Here in Park City, we specialize in all things mountain sports - skiing, mountain biking, climbing, hiking, etc. What ever your goal is, I'd love to help!
