This diet and exercise routine is designed to make you stronger, more athletic, and look healthier through weight training, conditioning, and a nutrient dense diet. Includes: -Strength and conditioning program with form videos filmed by Troy and Tanner. This is the same program that the twins follow themselves. -Direct messaging in-app, where you can submit form videos for us to review. Use the app to view and log the workouts as you complete them. This acts as your training log and gives us visibility to your workouts. -Diet Model and Grocery List emailed to you upon sign up
One for All fitness is co-owned by Troy and Tanner Plewa. We coach a style of training called strength through length, which is meant to improve your strength, flexibility, and muscle tone in both the upper and lower body. Coupled with specific goal focused training to improve cardio/conditioning or sporting performance, we can train you in a wide array of common fitness goals. We have trained folks to get their first dunk in basketball, train out chronic pain in the knees, back, hips, shin splints, etc; military and police personnel, and even marathon runners.
Our main sports that we personally play are golf and basketball, so we personally train for performance in those sports (swing speed/vertical jump) as well as building a proportionate physique according to the golden ratio. All doing this while prioritizing a pain free body first and foremost.
