This class is conducted in a group setting. We focus on full body movement combined with of a variety of training such as strength, endurance, flexibility as well other styles to aid participants become well rounded in all physical activities. Class duration: 1 hour Conducted at your home. One fee covers up to 8 participants. $10 for each additional guest there after. Virtual training sessions are conducted through TRAINERIZE for both men and women. These sessions are designed to the individual seeking strength, flexibility and overall improve core balance, mobility and strength training. Included: -All levels -45-60min session -Resistance bands (Optional) -Towel, water and proper gym attire Preparation is MANDATE -Your training setup should be in a space you can lay out and move around freely. -Your camera should be set up so trainer can see you from head to toe to support fitness routines. -Well lite area.

Custom Meal Plan to support weight loss goals. What is meal planning? Meal planning is the simple act of planning and following a custom meal plan every day/week (or month) ahead of time. Plan for yourself to eat wholesome meals. All meals plans are built according to your life style and foods that you enjoy eating in support to keeping you on track with consistency. Included: 1 MEAL PLAN custom to your goal.
