Hi, my name is Paige! I'm a wife and a mom and I love ALL things fitness!! I'm an ACE certified PT and A Precision Nutrition certified Nutrition coach! I am very passionate about balanced and sustainable nutrition. I don't believe you should have to starve or restrict yourself to reach your goals. I love to lift heavy weights, do bootcamp, run, and basically anything fitness related. I am fun, loud, and passionate! I love empowering other women to step outside their comfort zone and do hard things!! There is something about seeing other people succeed that makes my heart happy.
