This 8-week virtual program is built for complete beginners who are curious about Olympic weightlifting and want to learn the snatch and clean & jerk the right way from the start. No prior experience is needed — just a willingness to learn and put in the work. Everything is done in-person working 1:1 with your coach with 5 years of experience training athletes to both the state and national level. Training is 3 days per week, with sessions running about 45–60 minutes each. Weights stay very light throughout — the goal is never how much you're lifting, but how well you're moving. The entire program is built around drilling positions, building body awareness, and developing the muscle memory that makes these lifts work.
This isn't a generic "fitness" template. This is a high-level, 12-week periodized program designed by a coach with five years of experience putting athletes on the platform at State and National levels.
