    If you are someone who wants a coach but prefers to be able to take your coach with you anywhere you go, this is the option for you! You will schedule with me for a 1 hour training session, however many times a week, and when the time comes for your session we will FaceTime throughout the session while i guide you through the exercises. Because this is less hands on, the price per session is less. However, the programs and the calls will still be completely customized to you and your goals!
