An introduction to using bands for beginners. Upper Body / Lower Body workouts alternate, 3 days per week on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. There is an included 20-minute core circuit for Saturdays, for those who want a little bit of extra work. This program is ideal for those with minimal strength training experience, who has access to bands, and 3 days per week to workout. Goal is for fat loss or just looking to get back into a routine of regular exercise!

Hi, I’m Nicci T — a Health & Wellness Coach with over 30 years of experience helping people reset their bodies, rebuild their strength, and age with confidence. I blend my background in Kinesiology and Radiologic Technology with a coaching style that focuses on hormone balance, functional movement, inflammation reduction, and food that truly fuels the body.
My approach is simple:

I teach you how to move in a way that supports your joints, build strength that lasts, and eat in a plant-forward, flexitarian way that helps your body thrive.
My own transformation during menopause taught me that what worked years ago doesn’t always work now — and that the right mix of mindset, movement, and nutrition can change everything. That’s why I create programs that meet you where you are and guide you toward a stronger, more energized version of yourself.
