I have been training athletes and fitness enthusiasts since the 1980-81 school year. I strive to be cutting edge in taking my clients to the epitome of personal performance. I am not afraid to be ahead of the curve with new training ideas and philosophies. I started a Women's Weight Training Program in Connecticut in the early 1980's, long before this was considered popular. I have been promoting total body, metabolic enhancement training for almost 20 years. I have coached and trained Olympic Gold Medalists, #1 Draft Pick, First Round Draft picks, American Record Holder numerous other professional, collegiate and high school athletes. In addition, I have helped dozens of people lose weight, perform better and feel great through training and nutrition. I have been instrumental in promoting and pioneering the E3 grips training principles and methods (one of the most profound training tools I have ever seen). I have a tremendous level of expertise in the Human Performance, Speed Development, Jump Training and Fitness within these professional industries. It is my desire to help change the health and fitness of the American people and to remain cutting edge, leading the curve within the industry. In my time in this industry I have been Editor in Chief of Conditioning for Volleyball; Associate Editor of Conditioning for Basketball; Associate Editor for Conditioning Press journals; Speaker at NSCA national and state conferences; Presenter at many other fitness conferences and clinics; Hosted Speed and Strength camps; Conducted Speed camps for Speed City and Speed Quest; Coach a team which place second in Collegiate Nationals in Weightlifting; Interviewed for articles in Muscle and Fitness, Vogue and other publications; and many other health, fitness and performance activities. I want to help YOU become the best possible YOU!
