This is a 5 day program for those of you that have some Dumbbells and a fit ball/bench at home. Fitballs can be used as a bench which also adds some extra bang for your buck in regards to core training.
This is a program you can do at home with no equipment. All you need is an internet connection and you are ready to go :) If you would like a more tailored workout, contact us to arrange :)
This 5 day program includes upper and lower body workouts plus a cardio day. All you need is a set of resistance bands and you are set to go.
