About Jason

My journey into strength training began in high school on the track and football field, but the real game-changer was what getting into lifting did for my confidence. As I got stronger in the gym, I felt unstoppable outside of it—more capable, more present, more alive. That transformation hooked me for life.

I went on to earn my degree in Sports Administration from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, shortly followed by attaining my NASM Personal Training Certification. In 2010, I launched my career at Life Time Fitness in Cary, NC, honing my skills across multiple locations until 2020, when I took the leap to open my own private training studio.

Today, I live in Parker, CO, with my wife Abby and our lively crew: two yellow Labs (Molly and Max) and two cats (George and Penny). Summers mean mountain adventures with the pups, and fall brings the thrill of bowhunting.

Over the years, I’ve guided youth athletes, supported pre- and post-rehab clients, and—most rewarding—helped countless individuals over 50 move better, feel stronger, and reclaim the activities they love.

My philosophy is simple and client-centered: training should fuel the life you want outside the gym. What happens inside those four walls is all about making you better at hiking, playing with grandkids, hunting, or whatever lights you up. We focus on moving well so you can live well—staying active, independent, and joyful for decades to come.
