About Matthew:
As a Certified Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach, and Women's Fitness Specialist, I bring a scientific and compassionate approach to fitness. Having battled and overcome alcoholism, depression, obesity and hypertension, I understand the physical and mental challenges on the journey to wellness. My programs are designed not just to transform your body but to strengthen your belief in what you can achieve. Your potential is limitless and I'm here to help you realize that.

About Maria:
I am a Certified Holistic Nutritionist and Health and Wellness Coach with a deep understanding of the emotional dimensions of eating and living healthily. My struggle with depression, anxiety, acne and being overweight has taught me the critical role of nutrition and mindfulness in achieving mental and physical health. I focus on nurturing your whole self, helping you find balance and peace through tailored wellness strategies.
